You apply for Swedish citizenship with Migrationsverket (the Swedish Migration Agency) in the usual way.
Step 2: Referral Letter
If the test is a requirement in your case, you will receive a referral letter from Migrationsverket. The letter explains how to proceed to book an appointment with UHR.
Step 3: Book Your Test Appointment
You book an appointment for the test with UHR (the Swedish Council for Higher Education) according to the instructions. Always check the latest information with UHR and Migrationsverket.
